Position Overview
We’re seeking a highly organized and relationship-focused Stewardship & Office Coordinator to support daily operations and donor engagement efforts. This role blends administrative excellence with development support, ensuring smooth office workflows and meaningful stewardship for donors, members, and patrons.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operations of the main office across multiple facilities
- Manage calendars, logistics, and documentation for board and committee meetings
- Support financial administration (invoices, deposits, reconciliations) with the CFO
- Serve as primary contact for vendors and office-related needs
- Maintain policies, procedures, and records for organizational efficiency
- Lead stewardship efforts: donor acknowledgements, impact stories, and recognition programs
- Collaborate with program staff to capture and share participant outcomes
- Support donor cultivation events and sponsorship deliverables
- Administer donor and membership CRM (gift entry, pledge tracking, data hygiene)
- Train staff on CRM use for fundraising and membership initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business, communications, or related fields, is preferred. Will consider an associate's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in nonprofit administration, development, or donor relations
- Proficiency in donor/membership CRM systems (e.g., Raiser’s Edge, Neon)
- Strong writing, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
Physical & Work Environment
- Light physical activity; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
- Office-based with occasional travel to events and external venues
- Interacts with artists, patrons, and community partners
